Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your item purchased online you can return this to us within 7 days of your receipt of goods, for a refund or exchange.
Please note we do accept returns on Jewellery or Sale items bought online
Goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging and in their original condition that they were received in. Labels must still be attached to the garment/accessory, not have any form of marks from anything like; make-up, deodrant, water, hairspray or any other not mentioned. Garments should not smell of any odours e.g. Smoke, food, perfume etc. We will be unable to accept the return if these instructions have not been followed.
On returning footwear, the box should also be returned undamaged and as received. Please include all information regarding your order and fault.
Please note – all returns requesting a refund do not qualify for refund of initial postage costs unless agreed otherwise. You are responsible for all return postage costs.
All information regarding your purchase will have been sent to the email address you supplied, whilst placing your order. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package. (The Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates)
We will do our very best to ensure that your refund is issued the same day upon receipt of your returned item(s), though we must stress that refunds may take up to several days to show in your account. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for further information.
Please note we are unable to accept returns on the following items: Underwear or All Types of Jewellery.
All items purchased from the website can only be returned via the website and not in-store at our boutique.
In store purchases that are returned are available for credit note or exchange only.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
